8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Code Craft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
